an automated transit trip itinerary planning web service for Transit Information Call Centers. This
Website will provide you with a quick and easy way to produce
a transit trip itinerary on behalf of your customers. Your Call Center Operator will be able to quickly produce a customer itinerary, provide alternative transit schedules and walking
direction maps for route stops.
In addition, Call Center Operators can diagnose itinerary issues, identify service changes, collect customer feedback information and maintain personalized customer travel profiles. The service will also provide the Operator with other useful information such as Bus Pass Sales Locations, Dial-A-Ride Services, and traffic congestion and weather information. If your customers use mobile technology,
they can access transit itineraries from their Pocket PC connected
to a wireless communications device.
The Call Center Administrator can maintain Client, Operator and Customer profiles and produce feedback and performance reports.
